how to clean a mass air flow sensor was the case when my mechanic told me he wanted to charge me $350 for a new one I had previous experience with him where it was cheaper to buy parts and have him installed so when he told me I needed fuel injectors too and each one costs $250 I knew its time to hit the internet for a solution and find out the prices and buy my self
luckily here is what I found
I own a Toyota Camry 2012 hybrid LE so
Mechanic wanted : $350
New one costs from advance auto zone : $119.00 plus tax
Cleaning with CRC MAF Cleaner :$10
I went on and bought the spray, the sensor looked clean when I plugged it out but still I thoroughly sprayed and cleaned the sensor and so far car is runing great and actually I m getting better milage now
